Bedroom 2 – Two queen beds, TV, nightstands, soft linens, ample space for groups
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, rich navy vanity, gold accents, and fresh towels provided for your stay.
SECOND Apartment (Hemlock) : Featuring a bedroom with a King Bed, a comfortable living room, a convenient kitchenette (no stove), that offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Book your stay for a delightful Traverse City experience!
THIRD Apartment (Juniper) : The space is a single-room studio apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance. Lovely windows and high-end finishes have been used to create a comfortable atmosphere.
This booking is for all three ground floor apartments, with separate entrances. Great for large groups or extended family!
Situated on Eighth Street in Traverse City’s up-and-coming corridor, this building is walkable to local restaurants, breweries, and cafes. Just minutes from West Bay beaches, the TART Trail, The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, and Downtown Front Street — everything you love about Traverse City is right outside your door.
Nearby Attractions:

Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited (violations will result in incurring fees)
*Failure to return key upon check-out will result in a $200 replacement fee
