  • How many people can each townhome accommodate?

    Each townhome comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept living and kitchen area.

  • Can I rent multiple units for a group trip or event?

    Yes! We offer flexible group booking options. You can rent individual unit, entire buildings, or even all 15 units for a private, community-style experience—perfect for weddings, retreats, or reunions.

  • Are the units walkable to downtown Traverse City?

    Absolutely. Hamilton Place is located approximately one mile from downtown’s restaurants, shops, and breweries. It is a half mile from Bryant Park on West Bay and a half mile from East Bay Park on East Bay. It is also in close proximity to Family Fare Grocery Store and Tom’s Food Market.

  • Do the Townhomes have kitchens?

    Yes, each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials—ideal for longer stays or home-cooked meals.

  • Is parking available on-site?

    Yes, each unit comes with its own reserved parking space, so you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot.

  • How does check-in work?

    We offer seamless, contactless check-in. You'll receive a unique code for keyless entry—no front desk, no lines, no hassle.

  • What’s the difference between the buildings?

    Each building has a similar layout but showcases its own designer finish package. You’ll enjoy a fresh look and feel whether you’re staying in the Sagewood, Lakestone, Bayside, or Dunecrest Building.

  • Are there shared amenities?

    Yes, guests have access to outdoor lounge areas, gas fire pits, and community dining spaces—perfect for relaxing or connecting with your group.

  • Are pets allowed?

    At this time, Hamilton Place does not allow pets in order to maintain our high-quality finishes and cleanliness standards.

  • Is there a minimum night stay?

    The minimum stay is one night. Check in is at 4PM and check out is 10AM.

  • Do you provide cleaning during our stay?

    We provide a professional cleaning before and after each stay. For extended visits, mid-stay cleanings can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

  • Is Hamilton Place family-friendly?

    Yes! Our spacious layouts, multiple bathrooms, and quiet neighborhood feel make it an excellent choice for families.

  • Can I book directly with you instead of Airbnb or VRBO?

    Yes. You will find a slight discount in booking through us directly versus through a third party like Airbnb or VRBO.

  • Do the units have air conditioning and heating?

    Yes. Every condo features top-of-the-line climate control in each room, including air conditioning and heating, so you're comfortable in every season.

  • What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

    Cancellation policies vary slightly depending on the platform (Airbnb or VRBO), but typically allow for flexibility with advance notice. Please check the listing details or reach out with questions—we’re happy to help.
